I’m Sam — a Pacific Northwest photographer with a deep love for honest connection, quiet in-between moments, and the beautifully imperfect stories that make up real life.

I believe the most meaningful photographs aren’t perfectly posed or overly polished — they’re the ones that feel. The soft squeeze of a hand, a burst of laughter you didn’t see coming, the way your kids lean into you without thinking. My work is rooted in storytelling, with a focus on candid moments that unfold naturally and authentically.

When you step in front of my camera, my goal is for you to feel completely at ease. I’ll gently guide you when needed, but mostly I’ll give you space to be yourselves — to move, laugh, connect, and exist exactly as you are in this season. The result is imagery that feels timeless, emotional, and deeply personal.

I’m based in Snohomish County and photograph families, couples, and weddings throughout the Pacific Northwest. Outside of photography, I’m a mom who treasures slow mornings, meaningful connection, and the kind of moments that feel small now but mean everything later — which is exactly why I do this work.

Photography, to me, is about more than creating beautiful images. It’s about preserving memories you’ll come back to again and again. Images that remind you how this chapter felt. Images that become part of your story long after the moment has passed.
